TD SYNNEX, an MSP Expo Sponsor, Expedites AI Adoption with Intel Geti Integration, Expanding Destination AI Ecosystem

By Greg Tavarez

AI, particularly computer vision, is witnessing growth across industries – from manufacturing and retail to healthcare and agriculture. Businesses continue to discover new ways to utilize the full potential of AI, such as optimizing operations, enhancing customer experiences and driving innovation.

TD SYNNEX, recognizing this demand, conducted a recent Direction of Technology report that revealed a massive 625% global increase in the number of partners offering AI/ML solutions. Additionally, the report highlighted AI/ML as the top technology skill partners are actively seeking to hire in the coming months.

TD SYNNEX’s Destination AI program, for example, lets businesses of all sizes embrace AI. It’s basically a one-stop shop: pre-built solutions for a respective industry, training programs to equip teams, expert guidance and access to AI vendors. Destination AI helps businesses get going quickly, minimizes risks, maximizes ROI and gives business a competitive edge.

Building upon the success of its Destination AI program, the MSP Expo sponsor announced its partnership with Intel to bring the Intel Geti software platform to its Destination AI ecosystem.

This strategic collaboration marks TD SYNNEX's commitment to providing its extensive network of partners and customers with cutting-edge tools and expertise to accelerate their AI journey. The Intel Geti platform streamlines the process of building and deploying vision AI models for tasks like object detection, classification, segmentation, and anomaly detection. Its intuitive interface and pre-trained models make it accessible even for those with limited AI experience, while its flexibility allows for customization to specific industry needs.

The key benefits of the Intel Geti platform, offered through TD SYNNEX's Destination AI program, include:

  • Rapid model development: The platform's drag-and-drop interface and pre-trained models enable users to build and deploy vision AI models in minutes, even without extensive AI expertise.

  • Versatility: The platform supports a wide range of vision AI tasks, making it suitable for various applications across industries.

  • Scalability: The platform can be easily scaled to meet the growing needs of businesses as their AI deployments mature.

  • Hardware agnostic: Trained models can be deployed on any modern hardware platform, regardless of the CPU or GPU manufacturer.

  • Optimized performance: Models can be automatically optimized for the Intel Distribution of OpenVINO toolkit to run inference with enhanced performance on Intel architectures.

“Our enterprise and ISV partners are increasing their AI solution offerings and are looking for enablement and training tools to support that rapid growth and address the challenges that often come up,” said Lisa McGarvey, Vice President, Data, AI and IoT Solutions, North America, TD SYNNEX. “With the Intel Geti platform as part of our Destination AI program, we are adding another innovative solution to the robust AI tools, enablement and services that we are providing for our partners.”

TD SYNNEX will serve as an initial distributor of the Intel Geti platform in the U.S. and Europe and will offer comprehensive support and training services. This includes access to technical resources, proof-of-concept workshops and hands-on training sessions.

TD SYNNEX is a Silver sponsor of MSP Expo, taking place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, February 13-15, 2024. Part of the #TECHSUPERSHOW, MSP Expo is the premier event for MSPs, offering a three-day experience combining conference education, networking opportunities, an exhibit hall full of the latest technologies and solutions to help MSPs build their business, and more. TD SYNNEX will be in booth #852 in the exhibit hall.
