A lot of employees are demanding their employers to take the "Everywhere Work" approach because of its flexibility.
With this approach, employees have the freedom to choose where they work; whether it's an office, home office, coffee shop, co-working space or anywhere with an internet connection.
The emphasis here is on completing tasks and achieving goals, rather than being physically present in a specific location for a set number of hours. For example, an employee could finish their tasks within four or five hours and be done with work for the day instead of being in an office, trying to extend four hours of work into eight hours. Additionally, Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is getting a major upgrade with generative AI features. With this feature, service desk analysts receive a summary of an employee's self-service interaction before they even submit a ticket. This allows for faster, more targeted support. AI can also summarize incidents for easier handoff, automatically create knowledge articles from incident data and provide a central hub for managing AI functionalities within ITSM.
Ivanti also improved its reporting and dashboards. A new dashboard designer lets users create custom dashboards focused on key performance indicators. Additionally, GenAI will be used to summarize survey data.
