Building Bridges in the Cloud: RackWare Launches PartnerConnect Program

By Greg Tavarez

Partnerships between IT solutions providers, MSPs and VARs have become a crucial growth strategy, as they allow them to leverage complementary expertise and reach new markets. This is particularly true in the cloud computing domain, where the sheer complexity of hybrid and multicloud environments demands strong collaboration.

Recognizing this need, RackWare, an innovator in hybrid cloud management solutions, announced the launch of its RackWare PartnerConnect channel program.

Partner channel programs are not mere marketing buzzwords. They offer a structured framework for cooperation that fosters mutual benefits for the technology provider and its partners. The new program caters to a diverse range of partners across North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region to better serve customers and capitalize on the demand for simple, fast, and cost-effective cloud migration and disaster recovery solutions.

The program offers channel organizations resources, including technical resources and training, sales support, marketing collateral and co-marketing opportunities, with increasing incentives, rebates and benefits based on tiers. This enables partners to expand their market presence, solve key challenges for customers and successfully serve customers around the world.

Silver Tier partners gain access to RackWare’s partner portal, basic sales and marketing support as well as comprehensive entry-level product training and onboarding. Gold Tier partners have enhanced sales and marketing support, a dedicated account channel manager, priority deal registration and access to more advanced training programs. Platinum Tier partners gain access to executive-level support and RackWare's executive team, exclusive access to RackWare's most advanced training programs, and invitations to exclusive partner events.

This tiered structure provides a clear roadmap for partner growth, incentivizing them to invest in their RackWare expertise and build stronger relationships with their customers.

The program's focus on technical enablement is particularly noteworthy, though. RackWare PartnerConnect offers comprehensive training programs on its cloud management platform to make certain that partners possess the deep understanding and skills needed to deliver successful cloud migrations and disaster recovery solutions.

“RackWare is in a unique position to strategically support our customers throughout their cloud migration journey with fast and cost-effective cloud migration and disaster recovery solutions,” said Colby Calonica, who recently got promoted to Vice President of Global Sales, Channels and Alliances. “Our partner ecosystem has grown impressively over the last year, driven by our commitment to collaboration, comprehensive training and joint market initiatives.”

The launch of RackWare PartnerConnect comes at a pivotal moment in the cloud computing landscape. As hybrid and multicloud environments become the norm, there is a constant demand for skilled partners who can manage these complexities. By providing a robust and partner-centric program, RackWare is positioning itself to capture a share of this growing market.
