Ingram Micro Cloud Offers ULTRA Insights

Value-added resellers and managed service providers turn to information technology products and services distributors for more global reach and technical expertise to operate effortlessly and accelerate sales. VARs and MSPs also turn to these distributors, such as Ingram Micro Cloud, for advanced insight into their business and consultation on what action to take with this data.

Ingram Micro Cloud launched the ULTRA Membership Program, targeting growth and solution-oriented VARs and early-scale MSPs, as its latest initiative toward more streamlined customer success.

The program includes comprehensive solutions that provide partners with actionable insights around their business, personal consulting and thought leadership, automation-for-growth tools and exclusive offers to grow and retain end customers.

“The aim of the ULTRA Membership Program is to broaden the scope of what’s been traditionally available to channel partners — from a strategic perspective — to solve a wider array of pain points, empower VARs and MSPs in overcoming challenges and enable them to scale by expanding their networks,” said Eric Gitter, executive director of global customer success, Ingram Micro Cloud.

ULTRA is a paid structured membership program designed to grow partners faster, while streamlining customer success and driving value. The subscription’s benefits are split across four categories:

  • ULTRA Insights: Providing partner-specific lead opportunities, end customer retention reports, whitespace analysis to visualize key growth areas, skills enablement and access to certification courses.
  • ULTRA Automation: Supplying free user licenses for the CloudBlue Professional Services Automation tool white-label marketplace PRO and advanced integrations of their current PSA, ERP or CRM tools.
  • ULTRA Knowhow: Offering certified expertise for demand generation, customer success management and expert support.
  • ULTRA Exclusives: Permitting access to special channel incentive programs, practice development engagements and certification vouchers.

The strategic membership program, priced at $199 per month, is available through the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace in the U.S. and Canada.
