Liongard Strengthens Partner Experience with Launch of AI-Powered Leo

By Greg Tavarez

Hey MSPs and MSSPs, ask yourselves this: Is it difficult to keep track of an organization's attack surface? This includes all the potential entry points for a cyberattack.

Chances are, some of you likely answered yes; you have to juggle the needs of multiple clients while maintaining robust security protocols.

Here, technology companies like Liongard play an important role by offering solutions to automate and simplify attack surface management.

Liongard provides tools that help IT teams identify and address vulnerabilities proactively. It delivers an attack surface management platform that allows MSPs, MSSPs and IT organizations to deliver continuous cybersecurity posture management through configuration change detection and response. By automating configuration data capture across cloud, network, applications and endpoints, Liongard simplifies IT governance and helps MSPs mitigate risk by enabling them to detect and respond to cyber threats prior to the incident.

However, even the most intuitive platform can generate questions, especially for new users. To address this, Liongard took its user support to the next level with the introduction of Leo, an AI-powered virtual assistant.

Leo provides immediate answers to frequently asked questions across all Liongard's digital platforms, including share.liongard.com (a central hub for key metrics), the company's comprehensive documentation website and the main Liongard website at liongard.com.

“Customer support and user experience are paramount for Liongard and our partners as we scale our cybersecurity efforts,” said Michelle Accardi, CEO, Liongard. “We are committed to providing swift, impactful access to data and insights directly within our platform.”

In addition to Leo, Liongard bolstered its self-service offerings with an upgraded support center at support.liongard.com. This revamped portal allows partners to efficiently manage and track their support interactions, including open tickets and the status of ongoing cases.

“This launch enables our partners to receive additional support from intelligent AI, even after hours, while ensuring that all partners' customer data remains safe and secure,” said Kendrics Hawkins, Liongard's Head of Partner Success and Experience. “This feature complements the work of Liongard's partner support engineers and account management teams for a holistic partner experience.”

Leo is available to all partners licensed directly from Liongard or through Pax8.
