Anturis Announces New Version of Cloud-based Monitoring Solution with Parallels Plesk Integration

By Laura Stotler

Anturis has launched a new version of its cloud-based infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting solution featuring Parallels Plesk integration. Version 1.4 of the cloud service is designed to make it easier to set up monitoring for Plesk Panel users at small to mid-sized businesses.

The new Parallels Plesk plug-in supports control panels for both server and web stack administration, and does not require any software or additional resources to install and maintain. The offering follows recent Anturis integration with cPanel and WHM and provides even broader choices for business users.

"As simple as creating or logging in to their account, Anturis Version 1.4 with Parallels Plesk integration now only takes minutes to set up and start monitoring all of a customer’s servers and software,” said Sergey Nevstruev, CEO of Anturis. “It’s that simple. With Version 1.4, Web hosters and Website administrators who are using Parallels Plesk are now able to benefit from the simplicity of our cloud-based solution."

The plug-in fetches both server and software configurations and automatically sets up monitoring of those elements. It also enables external monitoring and troubleshooting of web services along with internal server and application monitoring, and features drill-down tools to make it easier to identify and troubleshoot problems.

Additional updates include optimized IT monitoring with more responsive and faster graphs, a revised GUI and an optimized fail detection algorithm featuring improved false alerts filtering. The latest version also offers a dashboard feature, which provides an expansive view of system operating metrics for troubleshooting complex issues.

Anturis has come a long way after launching late last year with $2 million in Series A funding. The company is comprised of entrepreneurs from a number of companies, including Parallels, Kaspersky Labs, Amdocs, Atempo, Veeam and Kerio.
