Accountable Healthcare Staffing Signs Contract with TriCare Rehab

A new managed services agreement for contracted therapy needs has been awarded to Accountable Healthcare Staffing, Inc. The company, a provider of managed healthcare staffing solutions, has signed a Managed Services Program (MSP) agreement to direct the fulfillment of TriCare Rehab’s supplemental rehab therapy staffing.

TriCare, a provider of physical, occupational and speech therapy services for Skilled Nursing Facilities, will use Accountable Healthcare’s managed services in Illinois and Indiana beginning December 1.

The managed services contract has Accountable helping support TriCare’s goals of delivering continuous quality care through temporary and permanent placements of therapy staff. The company staffs physical and occupational therapists, speech language pathologists and their assistants.

The MSP agreement will benefit TriCare in terms of cost savings as well as helping the company standardize its supplemental staffing processes. Accountable will act as the primary provider of supplemental staffing through the arrangement, and will also manage sub contractor affiliates, ensuring maximum fill rates are consistently delivered.
