According to a study by Exact Ventures, mobility managed services (MMS) is a market with a $100-billion emerging market opportunity for mobile operators serving enterprise customers. The report, "Enterprise Mobility Services: Market Opportunity for Mobile Service Providers," says the market will be driven by some key trends in bring your own device (BYOD) policies and cloud computing. As organizations continue to acquire and provision smartphones, tablets and other integrated cellular and/or wireless devices, MMS becomes a crucial tool. It then interviewed 18 service providers that were qualified for inclusion, who provided 106 client references to gain their input for the research.
