MSP Logicalis Selects CallidusCloud Solution for Quote, Proposal Generation

Managed services provider (MSP) Logicalis has chosen the CallidusCloud Configure Price Quote (CPQ) solution from Callidus Software, Inc. The offering will help Logicalis by reducing the amount of effort needed to configure quotes and generate proposals.

The companies signed the partnership agreement in the first quarter of 2013. Logicalis plans to roll out CallidusCloud CPQ to its sales force to reduce quote generation time as well as maximize deal sizes by suggesting additional cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

The CallidusCloud CPQ solution offers 100 percent, multi-tenant, SaaS deal maximization as well as deal acceleration. The offering simplifies and accelerates the sale of all types of products and services, and requires only a browser for use.

This means it is simple to configure, price, quote, propose and sell using the solution.

The offering also specializes in boosting sales via faster and more accurate quotes, as well as collaborative-based selling and increased profit margins across companies through simple product catalogs up to complex, multichannel sales networks.

As an MSP with expertise in communications and collaboration, Logicalis will use the offering for selling its data center, cloud and managed service solutions.

The company, which employs nearly 3,000 people throughout the world, provides specialists who design, specify, deploy and manage complex ICT infrastructures.

CallidusCloud solutions are used from the back office to the field, and may be implemented from the desktop to mobile devices and applications. Western & Southern Financial Group recently chose the company's CallidusCloud Commissions solution to manage the incentive compensation process for its wholesalers.
