
At MSP Expo 2024, MSP Today wordsmith Greg Tavarez had the opportunity to join a conference session led by Tim TrueLove, Country Manager for the Americas region at Wildix. Later on in the event’s sprawling exhibit hall, Tavarez spoke one-on-one with TrueLove; this translated into a great interview-style piece about Wildix’s flexible pricing options, its many integrations, personalized services and much more. Prior to this past MSP Expo, Tavarez spearheaded additional Wildix-centric articles (perhaps ones some of you have already read) – its appointment of industry veteran Jason Uslan as Vice President of Sales, another leadership shake-up vis-à-vis the strategic move of having Rob Loakes take over as Wildix’s UK Country Manager, and the company’s launch of its new e-learning platform designed to enhance UCaaS training and certification processes for MSPs and system integrators.
The long-story-short of this, readers? MSP Expo 2025 sponsor Wildix is incredibly active in this space; the Wildix team is, as described by TrueLove, “100% channel focused” in order to “support what truly makes MSPs successful today.”
Suffice it to say, Tavarez has deftly handled a ton of Wildix content.
So, I figured I’d give it a whirl.
Wildix, as we know, has a strong M.O.: Generate a world of sales opportunities for users through unique applications of its secure-by-design software and hardware (and now its work-smarter-not-harder AI-powered capabilities, to boot). Customer-facing teams are given a real competitive edge with Wildix’s tools (made possible by the cloud, by browser-based unified communications, artificial intelligence, you name it). You’d think this would bode very well for Wildix’s overall track record.
(And you’d be right.)
In fact, Wildix recently announced its top milestones and financial achievements to date, highlighting its prowess in empowering remote and hybrid workforces on a bona fide global scale.
Wildix’s boons in growth include (but aren’t limited to) the following:
- Reached 1 million paid users on its UCaaS platform, lending credence to how it bolsters operations for distributed teams
- 36% YoY ARR growth, validating the high demand for (and partners’ collective trust in) Wildix’s offerings
- 30% YoY increase in EBITDA margins, plus 140% net revenue retention over the past year, which speaks to Wildix’s financial strength
- Achieved sustainable presence in 20+ markets, including its launch into Saudi Arabia in Q3 2023
- Received considerable investment from equity firm Livonia Partners in Q3 2023
Further commentary on Wildix’s milestones came from both CFO Andrew Katsuba and CEO Steve Osler.
