Making sense of billing just got easier for Wildix partners. The new addition to the Wildix Management Portal, or WMP, is designed to not only simplify billing and payment processes for its partners but also offer them substantial financial incentives.
"The 'PayMyBill' program is specifically designed to give our partners a competitive advantage in today's market,” said Vitaliy Yarynych, CIO at Wildix. “By integrating simple, effective, and secure billing solutions with substantial financial incentives, we're achieving more than just streamlining the payment process.”
The program supports various payment methods. For example, SEPA is available in Europe, and Bacs Direct Debit is available in the U.K. For partners in the U.S., options include ACH direct debit, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Canadian partners can use pre-authorized debits, credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
But what makes the “PayMyBill” program stand out from others is its reward system for early payment. Partners who settle their invoices one month ahead receive a 1% rebate, while those who pay two weeks before the due date are rewarded with a 0.5% rebate. There is also a penalty system for late payments, wherein daily fees are applied to overdue invoices to promote punctuality.
The reasoning for this tiered incentive structure is to encourage partners to be more proactive with their payments.

They've also upgraded the WMP with a handy dashboard that gives partners a clear picture of everything money-related. From billing status to past payments and reward/penalty details, it's all there in one place, keeping finances crystal clear and making management a breeze.
