Viirtue Moves Toward Simplifying Communications Industry with $10.8M Series A Funding

Viirtue, a wholesale voice and UCaaS provider (and its proprietary all-in-one, quote-to-cash software and reseller dashboard), provides a turnkey tool for sales, quoting, tax automation, marketing and online learning that transforms agents and value-added resellers into digitized service providers.

The company’s mission: Viirtue provides a go-to-market strategy for wholesale and retail through agent partner and white label partner programs.

That said, Viirtue continually seeks ways to evolve and offer the best products and services in the industry. As one step toward simplifying the communications industry, Viirtue has announced that it raised $10.8 million in Series A funding from Ballast Point Ventures IV.

The investment is expected to help expand and enhance its innovative ViiBE platform. The ViiBE platform is quoting reimagined and tax complexity solved. It is a UC suite and hosted PBX that can be deployed to clients. With ViiBE, invoice clients for their usage and appropriate taxes, order carrier services from a dashboard, and quote more efficiently with collaborative quoting.

"We are thrilled to have the support of Ballast Point Ventures as we continue to fulfill our mission to digitize channel partners and resellers," said Daniel Rosenrauch, who co-founded Viirtue with Rob Finch in 2017. "Since launching Viirtue, our mission has been to provide our customers with the best possible tools and services to succeed in a rapidly evolving market.”

ViiBE's cloud-native, streamlined digital procurement to fulfillment software is popular with its partners, and this latest injection of funding enables Viirtue to accelerate its growth and adoption in the market.

"Viirtue is at the forefront of a rapidly evolving market, and we believe the company is well-positioned to continue its growth trajectory,” said Sean Barkman, partner at Ballast Point Ventures.

The funds help Viirtue take the next step in its mission to simplify the communications industry.
