N-able Continues to Expand Support for MSPs

By Stefania Viscusi

Global software company N-able provides IT services providers with software solutions that monitor, manage, and secure their customers’ systems, data, and networks. In order to continue offering support for its global MSP and IT reseller partners, the company recently announced an expansion of its network of distributors to provide training, pre- and post-sales support and local product expertise.

Most notably, the company said it’s expanding in Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East. It now has over 80 N-able distributors across 50 countries, and reaches around 6,500 MSPs and IT resellers.

“We have a huge worldwide channel presence, and we want to make sure they are being supported in the best way possible,” said Johannes Kamleitner, group vice president of sales at N-able. “With our distributors, partners can experience the benefits of operating in the same time zone, including shortened response times, on-site visits, and an increased knowledge in local market needs – such as device support and security standards,”

With the expansion efforts, global distributors also gain access to more sales and marketing resources to better nurture business growth in their local markets. They also enjoy the benefit of sales engineers who can help with pre-sales consulting and access to network management, backup and security solutions.

The company announced this push for greater global distribution at its recent distributor conference in Salzburg, Austria, which included partners from 30 countries.

“The valued partnerships we have with our distributors across the globe allows us to better accommodate the specific needs of international markets, ultimately helping MSPs, IT resellers, and their customers achieve their business growth goals,” added Kamleitner.
