MSP360 Expands Global Channel Program

Businesses hold sensitive data that needs to be protected at all costs. A data loss incident caused by simple human error or a malicious attack will disrupt business operations and cause irreparable damage if proper backup protocols are not implemented. It is essential to back up data regularly to decrease chances of data loss and downtime.

MSP360 is a provider of reliable backup and IT management solutions for MSPs and IT departments. With a new and refreshed Advantage Partner Program, it expanded its channel program globally.

The Advantage Partner Program is a robust global ecosystem of partners that work directly and indirectly with one another to build, market and sell MSP360 solutions. Partnering with MSP360 gives partners better protection, while increasing their earning potential.

Changes to the Advantage Partner program include:

  • Specialized reseller and distributor tools for onboarding new customers and provisioning new end users,
  • Robust sales and marketing training,
  • Dedicated sales and pre-sales support, and
  • New partner tiers where everyone benefits along with unmatched margins.

"We've expanded our Advantage Partner Program to increase the profitability and the efficiency of our global partner network," said Brian Helwig, CEO of MSP360. “MSP360 now offers a much richer set of tools and assets to make partners more successful than ever before."

MSP360 also reviewed, revised and updated Advantage Partner Program assets. As a result, they now fully enable the channel to drive not only recurring revenue but also positive business results. The company additionally recruited new team members to support the expanded initiative.

"Our partners have helped us rapidly scale up our operations locally and abroad in order to support new workloads and new challenges all over the world," Helwig said.

MSP360 refreshed and expanded its Advantage Partner Program after experiencing channel growth in the first half of 2022.
