Volli Enhances Billing Processes with OneBill Partnership

UCaaS provider Volli Communications offers a variety of features with its business communications solution, including advanced call routing, call queuing, phone provisioning, porting, auto attendant and call recording, among others. Despite a rich feature set, it found using a multitude of systems to handle revenue processes, operational efficiency was hindered because of the manual tasks involved in managing billing and commission payments.

To take billing and partner management capabilities to the next level, the UCaaS provider picked OneBill as their strategic partner. OneBill is an end-to-end billing and revenue management platform that provides complete visibility into all receivables. This is allowing businesses to monetize their products/services efficiently, automate the order fulfillment process, manage channel partners in real time and have a 360-degree view of customer interactions. The end goal is to ultimately accelerate time to market and maximize revenue.

Since implementing OneBill, Volli Communications eliminated unnecessary duplication in systems, to streamline their revenue operations into one platform. They have also brought their channel partners into one billing ecosystem where their commission payments can be settled in real time.

Volli Communications also leveraged OneBill's taxation integration with Avalara to stay on top of reporting.
