Reinvent Telecom Intros New SIP Trunking Solution for Zultys & 3CX PBXs

By Stefania Viscusi

Private-label communications platform provider Reinvent Telecom has announced the introduction of a new SIP Trunking solution that offers support for two-way business messaging traffic on Zultys and 3CX PBXs.

Reinvent’s Message-Enabled SIP Trunking handles inbound and outbound SMS on a range of business numbers, including DIDs, 10DLC and toll-free and includes the ability to support MMS as it’s available in the PBX client.

With the new private-labeled, Message-Enabled SIP Trunking service VARs and MSPs can offer in-demand communications options for their customers without having to worry about handling the two-way traffic across networks.

The offering is available to them with zero volume or term commitments.

“The use of SMS messaging is the standard for communication in 2022,” said Jeff Kramarczyk, Director of Product Management at Reinvent Telecom. “Its rapid adoption among businesses is driving PBX providers like Zultys and 3CX to develop and integrate messaging clients into their solutions. However, these PBXs need a way to carry this two-way traffic across networks. That’s where our Message-Enabled SIP Trunking solution comes in.”

“Message-Enabled SIP Trunking enables businesses to interact instantly with their customers, which is ideal for handling sales inquiries and customer support in our digital-first world,” said Kramarczyk. “Texting is more convenient than phone or email, and it’s increasingly preferred by customers in both B2C and B2B environments.”

Company officials also noted they hope to continue expansion efforts and add more PBXs in the near future.

Reinvent Telecom will be in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida for ITEXPO 2022, taking place June 21-22 at the Greater Broward County/Fort Lauderdale Convention Center. Bringing a complete business technology experience under one roof, ITEXPO is part of the #TECHSUPERSHOW, which also includes MSP Expo, Future of Work Expo, IoT Evolution Expo, The Blockchain Event, and many more educational, networking, and business opporunties.  You will find Reinvent Telecom in booth #453 in the ITEXPO exhibit hall.
