CDW Completes Sirius Buy

Earlier this year, CDW Corporation announced it entered into an agreement to acquire Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc. (Sirius) for $2.5 billion in cash. The acquisition is now complete and will add to CDW’s service portfolio to include more managed services, security, hybrid infrastructure and digital and data innovations.

Leahy, president and chief executive officer, CDW.

Sirius has been providing secure, mission-critical technology-based solutions for customers for decades. As one of the largest IT solutions integrators in the United States, it reportedly generated $2.04 billion in netsales in 2020.

CDW provides information technology solutions to business, government, education and healthcare customers in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
