New Horizon Announces Access to STACK Solutions by Canadian Locations

By Tracey E. Schelmetic

Business telecommunications solutions provider New Horizon Communications this week announced that it is expanding its STACK solutions to Canada. Effective immediately, U.S. businesses and organizations can add their Canadian locations to NHC’s North American Cloud, leveraging NHC’s STACK solutions with customer support and a user portal for all locations in both countries. The benefit is communications technologies delivered on a single invoice, managed through a single transparent online portal.

Canadian locations will have access to much of STACK solutions’ functionality, including unified communications-as-a-service (UCaaS), contact center, hosted PBX, collaboration, SIP, SD-WAN and more.

“Our customers and partners have been asking us to extend our STACK to include Canada so all locations can benefit from our communications services, tools, and outstanding customer care,” said Eric Hammare, VP of sales, in a statement. “Our partners can now include NHC as a single-source provider for both US and Canadian communications solutions.”

New Horizon noted that its announcement is timely and well positioned to take advantage of significant economic growth that will occur in both the U.S. and Canada during the post-pandemic stage because of pent-up demand for goods and services.

“Experts predict a return to the office at least part of the week,” said Glen Nelson, partner and VP of marketing and development. “As a result, businesses will be looking for increased network performance and unified communications solutions that bring all locations together, including remote/work-from-home endpoints, improved network security, and a demand that these solutions be monitored and managed by the service provider. We have partnered with the best underlying access providers in Canada, and we look forward to now serving customers in both countries.”

It will also help companies looking for MSP partners to understand how MSPs can help them grow. The show will take place from June 22 to 25, 2021 at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
