ScalePad CEO to Share Tips on Improving Revenue for MSPs

By Tracey E. Schelmetic

As economic changes continue to be at the forefront of most business owners' minds, managed service providers, or MSPs, are continually looking for ways to increase profitability while not sacrificing quality. This often involves providing more value for clients. One of the ways MSPs can maximize the value they offer clients is by better managing client assets, which will allow them to maximize existing revenue streams and even put in place new revenue opportunities such as advanced reporting for clients, or offering extended warranty services.

ScalePad, formerly Warranty Master, is a provider of a software-centric asset lifecycle management (ALM) solution for MSPs. The company’s platform offers managed service providers a complete view of customers’ hardware and software infrastructure, allowing MSPs to further pinpoint monthly recurring revenue (MRR), risk mitigation and performance opportunities. ScalePad serves more than 8,000 managed service provider partners in 76 countries. Savvy MSPs use the platform to lift monthly recurring revenue, while also planning long-term hardware upgrades and refreshes that ultimately reduce emergency service desk calls.

On Thursday, October 29th from 2:00 to 3:00 PM EDT, ScalePad’s Dan Wensley will lead a TMC-sponsored webinar and share ways that MSPs are increasing traditional revenue streams and expanding recurring revenue by extending asset lifecycles while managing and securing their clients’ assets. The webinar has been designed to help MSPs become more profitable while protecting their clients’ business continuity and risk mitigation.

During the hour-long webinar, attendees will learn:

• Best practices for IT hardware and software asset management and the importance of educating clients about their on-premises and cloud-based assets.

• How extended warranty services can benefit both the managed service provider and their clients.

• How providing regular reports for clients can increase the value of their MSP services.
