Unified Office Brings Analytics Tools to Total Connect Now

Unified Office Brings Analytics Tools to Total Connect Now

By Steve Anderson

Businesses out there that already turn to Total Connect Now from Unified Office are likely finding it to be a welcome addition to the arsenal, thanks to its value as a managed hybrid cloud communications system. But for those who wished that it came with a means to better evaluate just how effective it was overall, said wishes are about to be fulfilled as Unified Office is bringing Visual Performance Suite analytics to the Total Connect Now system.

With Visual Performance Suite in place, a variety of analytics capabilities become available. Particularly exciting is the real-time view of changes in overall performance levels, as well as the ready availability of actionable information, that the system brings to users. This allows decision makers better access to the information necessary to make those decisions, allowing for quick responses to issues that emerge, or the ability to plot for trends in the field and make decisions to respond to said trends, whether these be emerging or in play for some time. Those  who put Total Connect Now to work with the Visual Performance Suite have already been reporting some benefits from the combined systems, particularly improved agility—changing business conditions can be more rapidly spotted but also responded to—as well as increased customer satisfaction, customer retention, and of course, revenue and profitability.

Unified Office's CEO, Ray Pasquale, offered up some comment on just what kind of value Total Connect Now can deliver, particularly with the aid of the Visual Performance Suite, saying “Operational efficiency, service excellence, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing business conditions translate directly into customer loyalty, increased revenue and profitability. This is particularly true of the quick service restaurant industry. As more and more companies struggle with the necessary retirement of their legacy voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) and private branch exchange (PBX) platforms, Unified Office is able to deliver the most adaptable managed communications service platform on the market today with the highest levels of service quality, reliability and innovation.”

For those interested in getting better acquainted with the various offerings from Unified Office, a great place to do that will be out at ITEXPO 2015, running through January 30 at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami, Florida. Unified Office will be participating in the event, at last report, so among the wide variety of options for networking and product knowledge opportunities already on hand at the event will be one more great one in ITEXPO.

Meanwhile, the service itself offers terrific options for users. It's one thing to be able to rapidly connect to other businesses, to customers, and to colleagues, but it's another entirely to be able to get a better handle on how those conversations go, especially when it comes to calls among colleagues. Being able to spot problems rapidly is a vital step toward fixing problems, and having a better understanding of why things go wrong is the first step toward making the necessary improvements to help prevent problems in the first place.

The package itself is likely to be well-received, and we should see some clear interest in this new lineup. But one thing's for sure, Unified Office has a great new option on hand, and has made an already good thing all the better for it.
