FreedomVoice Offers New Benefits for Partners

FreedomVoice Offers New Benefits for Partners

By Madhubanti Rudra

In today’s complex and competitive business environment, channel partnerships are one of the best ways for the companies to grow their presence across different markets. The companies that have to completely depend on partners to bring and distribute their offerings across the markets discreetly fall back to a strong “give-and-take” policy. For such channel-based companies, it becomes essential to make the terms attractive for their reseller and managed service provider partners. It comes as no surprise then that FreedomIQ, a provider of virtual phone systems and business VoIP PBX services, has decided to revamp its FreedomVoice Partner Program.

A number of factors including the complexities in dealing with the carriers, tax and regulatory issues, and low hardware margins reportedly impacted the profitability of resellers and service providers that integrate Freedom IQ’s virtual phone systems and business VoIP PBX services into their offerings.

FreedomIQ’s initiative is clearly aimed at making it more lucrative for its reseller and MSP partners to sell/ integrate its products and services. The enhanced partner program is expected to equip the partners with tools and resources they need to cope with unique business challenges. These include: marketing resources, and sales and technical training among others.

A new pricing model featuring valuable benefits and attractive margins has also been introduced.

A spokespersons for the company maintained that FreedomVoice’s game changing partner program will make voice easy to sell, frictionless to install, and more lucrative due to a unique high margin pricing model.

As part of its enhanced partner program, FreedomIQ has also launched separate programs for MSPs and Resellers. Each program has three tiers: Partner, Premier and Elite levels. Each tire offers unique sales, marketing and technical benefits to the partners. The partners have to fulfill certain eligibility criteria in order to get promoted to a higher tier.

“We are firmly committed to the partnership model. FreedomIQ is 100 percent channel-based, and we know that partnership is always a two-way street. We do everything we can to provide our partners, whether they’re MSPs or Resellers, with all the tools and support they need for success. Our pricing model is unique in the industry, and allows our partners to take control of their margins,” said vice president of sales for FreedomVoice Chris Sterbenc.
