LabTech Software Announces Partner Innovation Network

LabTech Software Announces Partner Innovation Network

By Laura Stotler

A new Partner Innovation Network has been announced by LabTech Software, developer of a remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform geared toward managed service providers (MSPs). The new network brings together partners who work closely with LabTech and use its platform to promote industry leadership and collaborate on innovation.

The new Partner Innovation Network offers multiple levels of membership so partners may participate on varying levels. Benefits of the program include active communication with LabTech's product management, executive and development teams for solving complex business issues.

Network members will also gain access to the company's upcoming strategies and technologies and will have an opportunity to participate in quarterly business reviews, focus groups and councils. Those initiatives are designed to promote partner-driven innovation as well as to test new technologies through LabTech's pilot program.

LabTech partners will also get a chance to participate in the requirements definition process for new features and enhancements within the LabTech platform. Additional benefits include exposure opportunities through industry awards and events and publicity via media articles, case studies, press releases, video testimonials, webinars and speaking engagements. The company's top 10 network members will be recognized annually at the Automation Nation with the PIN Innovation Awards.

"When our partners make the decision to purchase LabTech as their remote monitoring and management platform, that should really only be the beginning," said Matt Nachtrab, LabTech Software CEO. "The new Partner Innovation Network is our way of creating a deeper connection to our global community of talented IT professionals, collaborating with them in an exchange of knowledge and expertise about what it takes to provide superior managed services."
