FusionStorm's Unwavering Commitment Recognized: Achieves Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence

By Shankar Pandiath

FusionStorm, a national provider of IT consulting, technology solutions and 24/7 cloud and managed services for enterprises of all sizes is being honored for achieving the Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence designation.

FusionStorm has always been committed to its customers and this honor recognizes its unwavering commitment to exceeding its customers' expectations. It provides complete solutions for system infrastructure, IP communications, security, database, storage, networking and disaster recovery.

This honor is the highest distinction a partner can achieve vis-à-vis Customer Satisfaction Excellence.

This Customer Satisfaction Excellence designation measures customer satisfaction with the help of Cisco Partner Access Online tool. Partners with highest customer satisfaction rating within each geographic region are acknowledged by Cisco twice every year.

FusionStorm will be recognized with a special star indicating this achievement.

As a company, Cisco has always regarded its partners as a direct extension of itself as this enables them to be more successful. It believes in the philosophy that the customer’s experience should be the same whether he or she is purchasing directly from Cisco or through any of Cisco partners.

Customer satisfaction is a cornerstone of Cisco, and its partners align with it to give the best experience to their customers to grow its already large customer loyalty and retention.

Cisco Partners can assess customer feedback easily. They have real-time access to their scores via Partner Access onLine (PAL) – a Web-based online partner tool. Partners are able to view specific customer feedback and satisfaction data after logging in, as it works as a great assessment and monitoring tool for partners.

"FusionStorm is highly honored to be awarded this distinction from Cisco," said Tony Balistrieri, vice president of Marketing and Partner Strategy, FusionStorm. "As a Cisco Gold Partner, we place a high value upon our long-term relationship — 2012 was a banner year for our Cisco business and we expect it to continue in 2013 as well. Customer satisfaction is a critical element of our mutual success now and in the future."

"Customer Satisfaction Excellence is a core value FusionStorm and Cisco share," Balistrieri said. "Our strategic partnership with Cisco plays a key role in our dedication to providing customers with the highest value IT solutions and services available in the marketplace."
