BitTitan Automates Profitability for MSPs with MSPComplete Platform

By Michael Guta

Managed service providers (MSPs) offer a wide range of services for their customers from ISPs, telecoms, network service providers and many others to supplement their management services. This can quickly get complicated, and it often does as MSPs try to bring different technologies together and make them work for a single client while still showing profit. A company that specializes in managed service automation (MSA), BitTitan, has announced the expansion of its MSPComplete platform with a first of its kind solution to automate profitability for MSPs.

BitTitan explains the new services as being able to increase recurring revenue, reduce service delivery costs and operationalize employee knowledge to empower IT service providers (ITSPs) and MSPs for maximum profitability and efficiency in the cloud with business process automation, turnkey managed services and IP protection. The new MSPComplete brings all of these features into a single platform to deliver valuable insights into the entire IT infrastructure.

For MSPs, this single view makes it possible to offer additional value added services into all facets of the IT infrastructure for greater productivity, scalability, compliance and consistency. Partners will also be able to centrally manage their services and automatically track service times and delivery progress.

The challenges MSPs face in today's highly dynamic digital ecosystem are many, and increasing profit margins is one of the more pressing ones. Aaron Sherrill, Senior Analyst at 451 Research, said, “MSPComplete can give MSPs an edge to stay ahead of the competition and grow their cloud businesses.”

MSPComplete lets MSPs and other service providers in the IT segment discover, implement, oversee, and sell managed services through automation. The new features include being able to generate recurring revenue immediately through a library of turnkey project and managed services runbooks. Securing and standardizing intellectual property at a granular level, thereby eliminating the loss of valuable best-practice knowledge resulting from employee turnover. And increasing profit margins by intelligently assigning the right task to the right resource based on skill-level and paygrade.

“MSPComplete is not just a technical solution – it's transformational. Our vision is to make technology invisible and enable organizations to focus on what they do best. That's what being a Modern MSP is all about. Standardizing processes is necessary, but overwhelming for many organizations. Our platform makes business process automation accessible and achievable for everyone. Simply put, MSPComplete helps make businesses more successful and people happier,” said Geeman Yip, CEO at BitTitan.

The MSPComplete Service Library has more than 100 migration and turnkey managed services around Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Microsoft FastTrack, Azure, EMS, Dropbox Business, Amazon, Box and Google G Suite. Partners can also create, add and build new IP and task services with a central dashboard and user interface designed for easy navigation.
