RapidFire Tools Signs on as Silver Sponsor of Continuum User Conference

By Rory Lidstone

Channel-exclusive IT management platform company Continuum this week confirmed RapidFire Tools as a Silver Sponsor of Navigate 2016, Continuum’s third annual user conference. Although the conference is a long way off yet—it’s scheduled for the end of September later this year—this will be RapidFire Tools’ third straight year supporting Navigate, so it isn’t surprising the company has declared its sponsorship well ahead of the conference.

RapidFire Tools is Continuum’s network assessment technology partner and provider of the leading Network Detective technology assessment tool for MSPs.

Earlier in the year, Continuum released a case study detailing its ongoing partnership with Gordon Flesch Company, namely the fact that the collaboration that began in 2013 has been a big success.

“Continuum is not only an incredible partner to work with, but we always look forward to talking to MSPs who use our software tools,” said Michael Mittel, president at RapidFire Tools. “They are the sole reason we exist today and we value the chance to hear their comments and suggestions. Navigate is a great venue for this and we will also take this opportunity to do a presentation at one of the breakout sessions to introduce some new cyber security risk assessment capabilities of Network Detective.”

Network Detective is a very popular, non-invasive IT assessment tool that is used by thousands of service providers around the world. The solution stands apart from competing offerings through sheer scope and a unique approach to IT assessment that doesn’t require the installation of any software, probes or agents. It includes a series of IT assessment and compliance modules that acquire a vast amount of network data, covering assets, users, configurations and vulnerabilities.

Once Network Detective’s scans are complete, the service provider can run the encrypted file through the solution’s proprietary data analyzer. From there, the service provider can select from dozens of reports to generate.
