Cloud technology experts at Elevatech have launched the company’s new ServiceConnect cloud-based field service management system. The new offering is designed to improve traditional business processes while utilizing cloud-based services.
Elevatech designed ServiceConnect to address the problem of transparency among field service technicians. Managers have attempted to deal with this problem for a long time, and ServiceConnect solves it by bringing visibility to organizations via the cloud, making it simple to manage technicians.
The cloud-based field management system offers a variety of features, including task assignment and management, geo-location and performance reporting. It is also highly available, affordable and simple to maintain. The offering was built using HTML and may be accessed from any smartphone, tablet or device with Internet capabilities.
No software is required and updates are maintained automatically, enabling managers to locate and assign tasks to technicians located anywhere in the field.
