Continuum Unveils Continuum Tech Advantage

Continuum Unveils Continuum Tech Advantage

By Anil Sharma

Continuum, a provider of managed service solutions, has just rolled out a new tech advantage program. Continuum Tech Advantage enables  the company's managed services provider (MSP) partners to leverage the expertise of more than 200 certified engineers and technicians on a project-by-project basis.

"We recently completed a complex technology refresh project with the help of Continuum Tech Advantage," said Paul Rouse, president, Rouse Consulting Group, in a statement. "The NOC team that worked with us did a phenomenal job and completed the project on time and on budget. My client was also very pleased and impressed with the results."

Rob Autor, senior vice president of Global Service Delivery at Continuum, commented that Tech Advantage is designed to run 24 x 7 so work is performed even while some partners sleep.

"For example, our partners' next Citrix XenApp installation and configuration, or VMware physical-to-virtual server conversion project can be done in the middle of the night and be ready first thing in the morning when they get to the office. Our partners benefit from outsourced, low-cost technical expertise for project work that can be sold at retail prices,”  Autor further stated.

Earlier this month, Continuum officially unveiled its Continuum BDR Revive product, a quick and easy way to breathe new life into existing backup and disaster recovery (BDR) appliances.

In addition, it is touted as being an intuitive, easy-to-use BDR re-imaging tool that upgrades Zenith Infotech, Dell AppAssure, Axcient, HEROWare, Chartec and other BDR hardware in order to meet the minimum hardware requirements required by Continuum Vault appliances.

Continuum Vault is a complete end-to-end business continuity solution that features enterprise-class protection, instant virtualization, cloud-based replication and recovery, full monitoring and management support, and optional unlimited cloud storage.
