MSP Expo Sponsor Weave Empowers Wellness Providers with New Integration

By Alex Passett

Now more than ever, our wellness is so incredibly important.

It’s true. As we navigate the everyday volleys of information overload, it’s vital that we actively support and fine-tune our overall well-beings so we’re able to do more than simply stay afloat.

It’s so we can thrive, and the roots of healthily thriving are watered, so to speak, by our real attention to wellness.

In that vein, the importance of taking care of ourselves has catalyzed a whole new wave of technology-powered solutions that bring wellness into sharper focus as we pursue the best possible ways to thrive. (Although technology has also admittedly opened the gates to excessive self-diagnosing, which can lead to undue health anxiety and related stresses. This is a big must-avoid, but that’s a topic for another article; probably one on our sister site, HealthTechZone.)

Pardon the digression; I just care about how we address and navigate wellness.

So, how can technology transform approaches to health optimization? Well, this covers a lot of ground; examples include advanced medical wearables, AI-driven personalized health insights, and virtual healthcare platforms that democratize wellness resources and encourage proactive relationships between wanting (and needing) to stay healthy, and how people legitimately achieve that.

Enter Weave, a solutions platform that brings together a well-regarded phone system and a suite of highly accessible communication tools for businesses in healthcare (as well as other types of business needs). Weave has solutions that range from phone and texting options to online scheduling, reminder assistance, billing and payments, digital forms, insurance verification, and practice analytics.

That said, Weave announced an integration with Booker by Mindbody, a company that empowers wellness discourse, research and innovation, and fosters growth for the global wellness industry. Booker by Mindbody helps take care of booking, payments, customer management and marketing with easy-to-use tools that streamline health processes for patients and cut down on admin work and simplify transactions for SMBs.

This integration combines the best of both companies to fuel impactful wellness experiences for users, making the handling of healthcare needs more straightforward.

The integration features the following:

  • Appointment Reminders: Keep schedules full with automated appointment reminders sent to clients from Weave.
  • Call Pop: View client information (e.g. household name, demographics and a client photo) in real time while assisting them over the phone.
  • Save-the-Date Reminders: Send automated reminders shortly after a new appointment is scheduled so clients can add it as an event on their calendars right away.
  • Schedule Sync: Filter your schedule by both confirmed and unconfirmed clients, appointment type and urgency, and by staff member – then, utilize Weave’s built-in communication tools to follow up promptly.
  • Reviews Auto-texting: Customize and schedule automated texts to request reviews from customers after their appointments to build your presence online.

According to Weave, 61% of patients are more likely to pay a bill after receiving a text to remind them, and 86% check reviews before even requesting an appointment. Having a simplified platform with stellar integrations for patients and healthcare institutions is another way technology solutions can spark real change.

That is what this announcement from Weave means – smart engagement that helps strengthen wellness practices.

Weave is a Silver sponsor of MSP Expo, taking place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, February 13-15, 2024. Part of the #TECHSUPERSHOW, MSP Expo is the premier event for MSPs, offering a three-day experience combining conference education, networking opportunities, an exhibit hall full of the latest technologies and solutions to help MSPs build their business, and more. Weave will be in booth #745 in the exhibit hall.
