Broadvoice Collaborates with Bridgepointe Technologies on CCaaS and UCaaS

Broadvoice, a provider of UCaaS and CCaaS solutions for SMBs and BPOs, has announced a strategic alliance with Bridgepointe Technologies, a tech advisory firm guiding mid-market and enterprise-level corporations in their technology investments.

As per the partnership, Bridgepointe's technical strategists can now offer their mid-market clients cloud communications solutions by Broadvoice.

Broadvoice’s cloud communications solutions are developed on its own exclusive platforms. This includes:

  • Broadvoice CCaaS: A cloud-native, low-code omnichannel contact center platform that revolutionizes customer interactions. By providing a unified interface for calls, chats, emails, and social media, sales and service agents can deliver exceptional customer experiences seamlessly.
  • Broadvoice b-hive: This proprietary UCaaS platform encompasses cloud PBX, unified communications, collaboration tools, and a virtual call center. By integrating internal and external communications, b-hive streamlines operations. It also ensures connectivity to vital business applications through native integrations with tools like Zapier and Webhooks, optimizing workflows and overall productivity.

It also offers a Broadvoice Success Program for customers for dedicated professional support for three months to minimize the learning curve, ensuring accurate system setup, and encouraging effective user adoption.

Bridgepointe has collaborated with more than 12,000 enterprises, guiding them in assessing, adopting, and overseeing tech-driven solutions that lead to enhanced cost savings and amplified ROI.
