2024 MITRE ATT&CK Evaluations: MSP Expo Platinum Sponsor Cynet is at the Summit

By Greg Tavarez

Let’s talk about the 2024 MITRE ATT&CK Evaluations.

To start with, MITRE ATT&CK, developed by MITRE, is a globally recognized framework used to understand and defend against cyber threats. It provides a structured way to categorize and analyze the tactics and techniques employed by cyber adversaries during attacks.

This framework uss real-world observations to identify common tactics and techniques used by attackers. By providing a common language for cybersecurity professionals, MITRE ATT&CK facilitates effective communication about threats and helps organizations identify and prioritize security controls to mitigate risks.

The 2024 MITRE ATT&CK Evaluations provide a realistic assessment of endpoint security solutions to help organizations identify vulnerabilities and strengthen their defenses against advanced adversaries such as CL0P, LockBit and DPRK.

Although there are many good endpoint security solutions, such as Palo Alto Networks and Sophos, one company stood out: Cynet.

Cynet, a Platinum sponsor of MSP Expo 2025 (taking place February 11-13, 2025, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida), offers an all-in-one cybersecurity platform that unifies a full suite of security capabilities on a single, simple solution, backed by 24/7 SOC support.

Cynet demonstrated exceptional performance in the 2024 MITRE ATT&CK Evaluations, achieving 100% detection visibility across all 77 executed attack sub-steps. This perfect score was attained without any configuration changes or delays. Accurately tracking attack progression through the MITRE ATT&CK framework means that Cynet empowers organizations to proactively mitigate risks and prevent breaches.

Cynet achieved perfect scores in Protection and Prevention categories. While other vendors faced technical hurdles and incomplete testing, Cynet successfully blocked every one of the 10 attack steps, preventing malicious activity from gaining a foothold.

Cynet's advanced defense mechanisms not only halted attacks but also proactively intercepted threats at their earliest stages. By blocking 100% of the 21 protection sub-steps, Cynet showcases its ability to neutralize threats before they can escalate and cause significant damage.

Additionally, Cynet delivered these results with zero false positive detections.

“Cynet’s mission is to make cybersecurity easy, affordable and effective,” said Eyal Gruner, founder and CEO, Cynet. “The 2024 MITRE ATT&CK Evaluation results reflect our entire team’s commitment to secure success for Cynet partners, customers, and end users. Achieving 100% Detection Visibility and 100% Protection is a motivating milestone that affirms the compelling advantages Cynet’s All-in-One Cybersecurity Platform is enabling for organizations around the world.”

The outcome affirms that SMEs, including MSPs and MSSPs, can obtain highly effective cybersecurity that’s intuitive and affordable. Cynet is at the pinnacle, an example competing vendors must strive to achieve.

Cynet is a Platinum sponsor of MSP Expo, taking place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, February 11-13, 2025. MSP Expo is the premier event for MSPs, offering a three-day experience combining conference education, networking opportunities, an exhibit hall full of the latest technologies and solutions to help MSPs build their business, and more.  Cynet will be in booth #2356 in the exhibit hall.
