NinjaOne Offers Free Warranty Tracking and Documentation to MSP Customers

By Stefania Viscusi

NinjaOne, a provider of IT endpoint management solutions, has announced new free offerings for its MSP customers.

In addition to free access to its NinjaOne Warranty Tracking tool (currently in beta), it is also providing NinjaOne Documentation for up to three users without charge.

With these latest additions, the company hopes to continue its efforts to "streamline IT operations and reduce costs for MSPs by making their technology stacks more efficient and manageable."

NinjaOne Warranty Tracking simplifies the process of managing and tracking device warranties, ensuring businesses never face disruptions due to expired warranties. The tool automatically tracks warranty information so that businesses can plan ahead and ensure replacement devices are ready before warranties lapse.

Early access customers have highlighted the consolidation of tools and cost savings as the top benefit of the feature, with 31% citing tool consolidation and 17% emphasizing the ease of tracking and managing device lifecycles. Additionally, some MSPs have even discovered new revenue streams through efficient warranty tracking.

“We looked at eight different RMMs and at the end of the day, NinjaOne was the best fit for us because it’s a scalable solution. It’s built on a modern SaaS architecture, and it’s future-proof,” said Dan Shapero, President and COO of TeamLogic IT.

With NinjaOne Documentation, MSPs get a centralized platform to store and manage IT knowledge, including processes, device information, users and security data. That means they can onboard new technicians faster and improve overall knowledge sharing. Saving time spent searching for information and maintaining better continuity and efficiency across their operations.

The company also introduced white-glove Professional Services to help simplify the onboarding process for new MSPs. This service is useful for larger MSPs migrating technology stacks, as it ensures a seamless transition without negatively impacting business operations.

“MSPs are early adopters that prioritize building scalable, competitive, and profitable businesses. Their technology vendors should enable, not stifle, their profitability, and that’s why we’re offering Warranty Tracking for free,” said Sal Sferlazza, CEO and co-founder of NinjaOne. “NinjaOne is an innovator that is obsessed with helping our customers thrive. Our success has and will always be tied to building great products that are scalable and easy to use while providing amazing customer support.”
