Keeper Security Intros Remote Browser Isolation Feature

By Stefania Viscusi

Keeper Security, a provider of zero-trust and zero-knowledge cybersecurity solutions, has unveiled Remote Browser Isolation for its Keeper Connection Manager offering. This new feature enables secure access to web-based assets, such as internal web applications and cloud services, using any standard web browser, bolstering organizational cybersecurity frameworks.

Remote Browser Isolation ensures that web sessions are conducted securely without exposing sensitive credentials or data to user devices. This mitigates risks related to various attack vectors, including cross-site scripting and API abuses.

"Typically, organizations need to use VPNs or cloud-based Zero-Trust Network Access (ZTNA) products to provide access to internal web applications or cloud-based apps," said Craig Lurey, CTO and Co-founder of Keeper Security.

"With this latest capability, organizations can now deploy a simple Keeper Connection Manager container to any on-premises or cloud environment and provide their users and contractors with secure remote access to web resources,” Lurey added. The user experience is so seamless users don't even realize they are in a virtualized browser."

Key Features of Remote Browser Isolation include:

  • Secure Web Access: Users can access web applications securely through Keeper Connection Manager, leveraging Remote Browser Isolation to protect against malicious websites and potential cyber threats.
