Evolve IP Launches Training Hub for Reseller Empowerment

By Stefania Viscusi

Evolve IP, a cloud collaboration provider, introduced a new specialized eLearning platform called “ucSKILLS” aimed at empowering resellers across EMEA with enhanced knowledge and skills to win and retain business.

The platform offers resellers valuable tools to seamlessly deliver Evolve IP's Anywhere Product Suite and elevate customer experiences.

Developed in partnership with technology firm iTEL, the digital adoption platform provides a central resource for dedicated eLearning content that is continuously updated to keep partners informed about the latest offerings and industry trends.

Scott Rixon, Evolve IP Solutions Director highlighted the benefits of this initiative, including optimizing team knowledge, improving customer support levels, enhancing overall customer experience, and reducing customer churn rates.

A recent study conducted with iTEL demonstrated that an effective digital adoption platform can reduce customer churn by 35 percent.

Rixon also emphasized the importance of integrating technologies from companies like Cisco and Microsoft to enhance productivity, security, and uptime in the evolving hybrid workplace.

The ucSKILLS platform will also serve as the new home for the Evolve IP Partner Portal, consolidating training materials, marketing resources, and technical content into one accessible location for partners.

James Buxton, Managing Director of iTEL, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership with Evolve IP, emphasizing shared goals focused on customer engagement, adoption, and retention strategies.

“Teaming-up with Evolve IP is a perfect fit as we share the same customer-focused goals and objectives, based on an engage, adopt and retain philosophy. Knowledge is power in an increasingly sophisticated and evolving technology arena,” said Buxton.
