Shepherd Insurance Teams With Bell Techlogix To Expand IT Capabilities

Bell Techlogix, a leading managed services provider based in Indianapolis, Indiana, recently announced a partnership with Shepherd Insurance to improve national business operations through digital transformation.

Shepherd Insurance is among the largest independent insurance companies in the country, conducting business in more than 30 locations and employing over 450 workers. Leaders within the company decided to turn to Bell Techlogix to completely transform operations across the entire organization, in order to boost productivity, create flexible work environments, and provide customers with the quality service they deserve.

As part of this new relationship, Bell Techlogix will now be responsible for infrastructure monitoring, engineering services, service desk support, procurement services, and project management. Bell Techlogix will also support ITSM platform ServiceNow, allowing workers to easily manage workflows and minimize delays. Shepherd Insurance can also leverage Microsoft Intune, offering IT managers full data control and visibility over a wide range of  corporate mobile devices.
