BCM One Announces Cisco Webex Integration

By Maurice Nagle

The pandemic placed a premium on communications and collaboration, and as businesses of all shapes and sizes scrambled to ensure the tools were in place to support the modern, remote workforce it was MSPs stepping up to the plate to save the day.

Today, BCM One announced UCaaSone is now fully integrated with Cisco Webex. The MSP’s clients and channel partners gain access to video conferencing options and a further enhanced voice experience.

BCM One can pair Webex with its managed connectivity and SD-WAN portfolio to promise an end-to-end managed experience. With POPs in Dallas and New York City, leveraging Versa gateways and VitalView proactive 24x7 monitoring, BCM One is able to ensure both business continuity and optimal performance.

"In today's business world of work-from-anywhere, BCM One's UCaaSone allows businesses large and small to communicate and collaborate seamlessly with employees, vendors, and customers," stated Derrick Dike, BCM One's Director of UCaaS. "With the Webex integration, businesses will experience a complete platform of hosted VoIP, video endpoints, unified applications, video conferencing, and workstream collaboration."

The past year has been active for BCM One. When Coronavirus was sending the workforce home, the MSP was marching into increased market share and functionality with the acquisition of nexVortex. Then, a few short months ago added SkySwitch to the list of acquisitions.
