Gordon Flesch Partnership with Continuum is a Success

By Rory Lidstone

IT management platform company Continuum has had an ongoing partnership with Gordon Flesch Company, a provider of office technology solutions, for roughly three years now. Normally, when two companies partner on any level, large or small, the rest of the world is left to gather how the partnership is doing whether through financial reports, award wins or even word of mouth. Not so with this partnership.

Continuum this week released a case study detailing its partnership with Gordon Flesch Company, providing a unique look into how well the two have collaborated since kicking off their collaboration in 2013. Put simply, it seems the two are working together just fine.

“What we provide is really a complete premium solution, and we tell our customers that they’ll have the resources they need no matter what happens,” said Jeff Dotzler, director of GFConsulting Group, a division of Gordon Flesch Company. “Having Continuum’s Elite Server Care as the foundation and at the core of our offering gives us confidence that we’re delivering on that promise.”

This MSP news is timely, to say the least, as MSP Expo runs this week, providing everything attendees need to understand today’s technologies and deliver them to more customers.

As per the original collaboration agreement, Gordon Flesch leverages Continuum’s Elite Server Care, the highest level of service available for Continuum’s Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform. This service is backed by Continuum’s industry-leading Network Operations Center (NOC) and Help Desk for fast resolution of issues at any time of the day, all year long.

Gordon Flesch also uses Continuum’s Tech Advantage Program, a remote IT project management program that enables MSPs to cost-effectively expedite more than 85 desktop and server projects via Continuum’s NOC. This includes Office 365 migrations, software installations, virtualization projects and more.

Finally, Gordon Flesch uses Continuum’s Network Assessment Tool to scan entire IT environments in order to determine which devices are residing in a given network and identify potential risks and security threats. In order to ensure everything went smoothly, Gordon Flesch opted for one more tool: Continuum University, an online learning center that gets employees certified quickly.

So what are the results? Well, Gordon Flesch earned Continuum’s All-in All Star 2015 Award at the latter’s second annual user conference in September. This award is given to the partner who adopts the most products and services from the Continuum portfolio and has the highest total revenue across all products and services.
