DIGITALK Cloud customers are soon to experience enhanced capabilities. The company recently announced a partnership with Transparate, a professional deal center and network for voice carriers. This new partnership will extend the ‘meet me’ room voice trading benefit for DIGITALK Cloud customers.
Voice termination providers can rely on the DIGITALK Cloud to deliver carrier-grade routing and management platforms needed to extend wholesale services to the market. Transparate will also be available to DIGITALK Cloud customers to automatically monitor prices in new destinations, promote rates and negotiate agreements.
According to Paul Bassa, DIGITALK’s VP of Product Marketing, customers will be able to simplify the process of negotiating an agreement, turning it into reality and then reaping the benefits of that agreement. The main focus for DIGITALK has been to reduce the complexity in management and routing. Now, the company is excited to see this capability extended to the beginning of the sales cycle for the voice carrier.
Transparate’s CEO, Eugene Nedbailo, noted that DIGITALK provides a best-in-class market solution that will serve as a natural extension of the company’s portal. With Transparate’s extensive carrier community, DIGITALK Cloud customers will have the flexibility to meet, manage, do business and route minutes more effectively. This complete solution allows carriers to boost minute sales and enjoy efficient implementation.
To talk about the latest in DIGITALK innovations, Justin Norris, co-founder and chief executive with DIGITALK was on hand for the ITEXPO event in Miami. He shared a little insight into the company, including its 20 year stance in the industry and significant growth efforts on the customer front in North America and Latin America.
Passionate about their focus in the cloud, DIGITALK used ITEXPO as an opportunity to make a few announcements. “Last year it became apparent that a number of the clients were looking for us to provide their services on a managed basis,” said Nedbailo. “We started looking at cloud technology and how we would want to provide those services to our customers. We launched one of our solutions, actually our wholesale solution into our cloud service last year.”
The solution has been so popular that nearly 80 percent of DIGITALK’s new customers are coming into the cloud managed services platforms. The company is very passionate about the cloud and the benefits it can provide to the end customer.
“We are really passionate about lowering the TCO to customers,” added Nedbailo. “We feel it is very, very important as a cloud offering; it’s essential to deal with all aspects of service delivery. We want to distinguish ourselves in the marketplace between those vendors and providers who are really offering the service rental. We see the cloud as a bigger ecosystem than that, a much wider service delivery.”
