MSP Expo Silver Sponsor Granite to Cut Ribbon on New HQ as it Looks Forward to 'Granite 2.0'

By Greg Tavarez

Granite Telecommunications has been a driving force in the telecommunications industry for more than two decades. The company offers a range of communication and technology solutions, including voice, data, internet and cloud services. They also serve businesses and government entities of all sizes, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and innovative solutions.

For example, Granite launched its NOCExpress platform earlier this year. NOCExpress is a customizable Network Operations Center dashboard that allows users to easily monitor and manage service tickets and network health.

Granite is also committed to giving back to the communities it serves. Its 11th “Saving by Shaving” event set new benchmarks to support pediatric research and treatments at Boston Children’s Hospital by raising $3.5 million, which elevated the 11-year cumulative total to $55 million.

No doubt Granite remains quite active, and there is a chance to learn even more about Granite at MSP Expo 2025, taking place February 11-13, 2025 at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Read on to find out more.

Back on the topic of staying active and busy, the provider of communication and technology solutions, announced it will officially open its new headquarters on September 20 at 1 Heritage Drive, Quincy, Massachusetts. The event starts at 10:30 AM EST with the main program beginning promptly at 11 a.m. EST. The grand opening will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the attendance of Sen. Edward Markey, D-Massachusetts.

The new headquarters marks a major expansion of the company's operations. The facility helps implement the company's forward-thinking vision: “Granite 2.0.” Granite is investing more than $19 million in improvements to furnish a headquarters featuring cutting-edge capabilities, including a Network Operations Center and product labs. The improvements are designed to enhance service delivery and support Granite's mission of providing customized, tailored solutions for enterprise business and governmental agencies.

Markey's attendance at the ribbon-cutting ceremony is a testament to Granite's reputation as one of the leaders within the industry. Markey is a well-known advocate for technology and innovation, and his presence at the event will help to raise awareness of Granite's contributions to the field.

Markey will be joined by Quincy Mayor Thomas P. Koch, local officials, more than two dozen members of the Granite User Group led by J.Crew CTO Michael Jacobs and Granite staff to celebrate the grand opening.

Granite will also host members of INCOMPAS' AI Competition Center, including Chip Pickering, CEO, INCOMPAS and former U.S. Congressman; and Colin Crowell, managing director, The Blue Owl Group, former Twitter Regulatory Lead and AICC adviser.

RSVP by 9:00 AM EST September 19 to [email protected].
