iVision Partners with Expel to Enhance Client Security with MDR Solutions

iVision, a technology consulting and managed services provider, has announced a strategic partnership with Expel, a provider of managed detection and response (MDR) solutions. The collaboration will offer iVision clients access to Expel’s top-tier MDR solutions, bolstering their security postures in an era of increasingly sophisticated threats.

Expel’s MDR services provide comprehensive 24/7/365 detection and response capabilities across a wide array of environments. These include cloud control planes, cloud workloads (such as Kubernetes), SaaS and identity management, endpoints, networks, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.

The company’s integration with over 120 security and business applications ensures that clients receive actionable insights rather than overwhelming alerts. The partnership will also ensure that customers have access to cutting-edge security technologies and services that form the backbone of their security strategies.

Key outcomes driven by Expel’s AI and automation include:

  • Mean-Time-to-Detect: 1.7 minutes
  • Mean-Time-to-Touch: 2.6 minutes
  • Mean-Time-to-Respond: 23 minutes
  • Reduction in Mean-Time-to-Remediate: 87%, achieved through auto-remediation

In addition to improved threat detection and response times, reducing the likelihood of successful attacks and minimizing potential damage, using Expel’s automated remediation processes also means that iVision clients can significantly cut down on the time required to resolve security incidents, freeing up valuable resources for other critical tasks.
