Josys Simplifies Client SaaS Management with Multi-Tenant Portal

By Greg Tavarez

A recent survey by Kaseya, a provider of IT management software, indicates a strong desire among MSPs to shift their resources toward activities that deliver greater value to their clients. This goal is being pursued through the elimination of internal inefficiencies that unduly consume technicians' time.

One such inefficiency mentioned in the survey is the time wasted by technicians switching between multiple applications to complete their tasks. By minimizing time spent on administrative tasks like toggling between different software tools, technicians can dedicate more effort to these value-added services.

Josys, a SaaS management platform, offers a holistic approach that equips IT teams and MSPs with 360-degree control over SaaS applications by making it easier to visualize app utilization, secure user access and automate provisioning processes that will make IT operations run more efficiently.

MSPs who use Josys already find it easier to offer new security services to their clients. This is because Josys gives them a clear view of all the software their clients use, along with the users and licenses for each application.

"Josys enhances the security we can provide to our clients, giving us visibility into all of the users and licenses across all SaaS applications," said Chris Reid, President of Verus Technology Solutions.

Josys also helps MSPs work more efficiently. By bringing all client applications under one roof, MSPs can ditch the time-consuming process of managing each app individually. This translates to big gains in productivity.

“We built Josys to simplify how IT works, and we mean that across the entire landscape of professionals who tackle the mission of delivering exceptional IT services every day,” said Zachary Bosin, Head of the Josys Global Go-to-Market function.

And that new “holistic approach” mentioned earlier comes in the form of a Josys’ multi-tenant portal for MSPs.

The new portal offers a suite of standout features that are designed to provide a high-level view and insights into each client's SaaS environment.

This includes a multi-tenant client directory that allows technicians to quickly access key information like client alerts, applications used and monthly SaaS spending. Additionally, a global SaaS dashboard aggregates client data to help MSPs prioritize tasks and efficiently address recommended actions.

Real-time alerts keep technicians informed of application renewal dates and synchronized issues, while built-in admin controls ensure secure access for authorized MSP personnel.

“With the introduction of our new multi-tenant portal, we are excited to help MSPs fuel their next stage of growth by leveraging our platform to deliver amazing new service offerings, as well as realizing the operational benefits of utilizing Josys,” said Bosin.

In addition, Josys is offering 50 MSPs early access to the multi-tenant SaaS management platform. The portal is expected to be available in Q3.
