VisibilityOne and Logitech Partner Up to Offer a One-Stop Shop for Video Conferencing

By Greg Tavarez

The Logitech Collaboration Program centers on building partnerships with other technology companies to deliver smooth video conferencing experiences for businesses. This customer-focused initiative hinges on three key pillars: delivering increased value to customers, extending Logitech's market reach and helping partners enhance their products and grow their businesses.

For customers, the program translates into access to a wider range of compatible video conferencing solutions. By collaborating with software and hardware partners, Logitech makes certain that its cameras, headsets and other equipment integrate smoothly with various video conferencing platforms.

Also, Alliance partners gain access to support, testing and certification resources through a self-service portal. They can develop products that function flawlessly with Logitech's offerings. Additionally, co-marketing opportunities allow partners to leverage Logitech's brand recognition and marketing expertise to reach a wider audience.

The long-story short of it? The Logitech Collaboration Program creates a collaborative ecosystem where Logitech and its partners work together to provide businesses with user-friendly video conferencing solutions.

And joining the ranks of the Logitech Collaboration Program is VisibilityOne. Together, VisibilityOne and Logitech integrated a comprehensive remote monitoring and management tool.

VisibilityOne emerged in 2018 to fill a void in the video conferencing and unified communications market. Their solution, a cloud-based monitoring system to work across different vendors, provides real-time data on performance and health. This allows organizations to gain valuable insights into the devices, applications and overall environment they manage.

VisibilityOne's comprehensive view equips IT teams to proactively monitor video meetings, understand their UC setup, identify problems quickly and make informed decisions – all within a single platform.

VisibilityOne in the Logitech Collaboration Program means enhanced management and reduced downtime, and improved user experience and collaboration.

"The partnership is a game-changer for businesses seeking to optimize their video conferencing environments," said Jose De La Paz, CEO at VisibilityOne. "By combining our expertise, we're providing a powerful yet easy-to-use solution that empowers IT teams and enhances user experience."

End-users benefit from a more reliable and seamless video conferencing experience. VisibilityOne's real-time monitoring, combined with Logitech's robust hardware, ensures smooth meeting flow and optimal performance. This translates into increased user productivity and better overall collaboration.

By tapping into the CollabOS API, IT teams unlock a control center for their Logitech video conferencing setup. This eliminates the need for manual intervention. The result? Streamlined workflows with features like real-time problem notifications, remote firmware updates and the ability to reboot devices directly. This proactive approach translates to minimized downtime and a smoother video conferencing experience for everyone.

"This partnership with VisibilityOne strengthens our commitment by offering deeper insights and improved manageability for businesses,” said Sudeep Trivedi, Head of Alliances at Logitech. “The combined solution empowers IT teams to ensure a frustration-free video conferencing experience for end-users, ultimately fostering better communication and collaboration.”

With the combined offering, management for IT teams is simplified, and the user experience is enhanced.
