The AI focus includes AI screen translation within LogMeIn Rescue, which translates on-screen text for agents to facilitate global customer support. GoTo Connect introduces GoPilot Admin, a built-in assistant that aids IT teams with setup queries and resources.

The AI Optimization Add-On for GoTo Contact Center enhances agent productivity with summaries, empowers supervisors with real-time insights, and informs leadership with customer sentiment analysis. Finally, AI Meeting Summary delivers concise post-meeting summaries with actionable steps for GoTo Meeting users.

Beyond AI, GoTo offers expanded functionalities. GoTo Connect introduces Attendant Console, a centralized interface for call routing and features in high-volume call centers. An intelligent chat assistant within GoTo Contact Center automates customer engagement through pre-defined conversational flows. Streamlined data management is achieved through integrations with popular CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho. Enhanced Microsoft Teams integrations offer user-friendly admin controls and support within GoTo Connect and session creation within Rescue.

For remote access needs, Rescue offers exclusive integration with Intel vPro-enabled devices through a familiar interface. GoTo Contact Center expands its reach with GoTo Contact Center Pro, catering to mid-market and enterprise businesses with omnichannel support, workflow integrations and advanced analytics.

GoTo Resolve features include self-healing alerts that autonomously identify and fix potential IT issues, and custom script alerts that allow users to build personalized device monitoring. Finally, GoTo Connect offers a new advanced reporting and analytics dashboard for a comprehensive view of the customer journey and interaction data.
