Sophos Partners Get 24/7 Support with New Partner Care Program

By Greg Tavarez

Partner programs often play an important role in bridging the gap between cybersecurity vendors and their customers. Why? Because they allow a network of skilled resellers and MSPs to deliver tailored solutions.

These programs offer a win-win scenario for both parties – vendors gain wider reach and increased sales, while partners leverage vendor expertise and resources to enhance their service offerings.

Recognizing the growing importance of partner support, Sophos, a cybersecurity firm, announced the launch of Partner Care, a new initiative within its global partner program.

Sophos offers a comprehensive portfolio of endpoint, network, email and cloud security solutions to protect over 500,000 organizations and 100 million users globally. The company's cloud-based Sophos Central platform integrates with Sophos X-Ops, its threat intelligence unit, to optimize its Adaptive Cybersecurity Ecosystem. Sophos also provides cybersecurity-as-a-service along with self-managed and hybrid options and sells through reseller partners and managed service providers worldwide.

As for Sophos Partner Care, the program provides a dedicated team of experts who are available 24/7 to address inquiries and offer operational support to partners that are non-sales related. Partners no longer need to navigate through various channels to reach the appropriate support personnel. Partner Care offers a single point of contact for quoting, navigating the partner portal, addressing licensing queries, Not for Resale requests and more.

The dedicated team of experts possesses in-depth knowledge of Sophos products, programs and policies. This allows for quicker resolution of operational issues, which then lets partners deliver efficient and timely services to their clients. Partner Care also contributes to enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty. This benefits Sophos and its partners.

And, by taking care of operational tasks, Partner Care frees up partners' time and resources. Partners can then focus on core competencies like client acquisition, service delivery and business growth.

“Partner Care reinforces Sophos’ longstanding strategy to be ‘channel-best,’ which is our commitment to provide partners with optimal, conflict-free revenue and profitability opportunities, curated training and support, and advanced security solutions that defend customers from data breaches, ransomware and other debilitating cyberattacks,” said Kendra Krause, Senior Vice President of Global Channels and Small Business Sales at Sophos.

With the addition of Partner Care, Sophos solidifies its commitment to fostering a strong and mutually beneficial partnership ecosystem. And, until March 31, 2024, Sophos is offering several enhancements to its global partner program, including an additional 5% reward on top of a deal registration discount for partners selling Sophos Managed Detection and Response.
