There are plans to introduce several program incentives throughout 2024 with the partner program. These include training and education programs, a partner marketing toolbox, co-marketing investments, a partner compensation model and a streamlined sales approach.
The training and education programs allow partners to gain product knowledge, sales skills training and technical expertise. The partner marketing toolbox helps partners accelerate deal closure through demand generation and sales tools
Co-marketing investments drive mutual growth through collaboration opportunities with 1Password, including co-branded campaigns and collateral. Partner compensation model amplifies partner profitability through a multi-incentive rollout, attractive margins, discount tiers, back-end rebates and gamified rewards
And a streamlined sales approach minimizes channel conflicts by ensuring internal sales teams receive full compensation while working collaboratively with partners

The company plans to onboard MSPs in Q2. There are also goals to achieve channel-led growth by the end of 2024, with further expansion into SMB and enterprise segments in new geographical regions.
