Graylog and BitLyft Provide SMOs with Peace-of-Mind Solution

By Greg Tavarez

Small to midsize organizations, or SMOs, often struggle with managing cybersecurity risks due to their limited resources. They simply can’t keep up with the constantly evolving threat landscape.

Think about it. SMOs have smaller budgets than their larger counterparts. As a result, they must make difficult decisions about where to allocate their funds. They must decide if they want to go with skilled cybersecurity professionals, who are in high demand even within larger organizations (and not to mention expensive). Or, do they go with cybersecurity tools and solutions that are expensive to purchase, instead?

The lack of cost-effective resources often leaves SMOs vulnerable to cyberattacks because they simply do not have the same level of protection as larger organizations with more robust security solutions. Companies Graylog and BitLyft understand that, so they entered a new partnership to address the challenges faced by SMOs that struggle with managing cybersecurity risks due to fewer staff, limited security tools and smaller budgets.

“Together, we can help these companies stay ahead of the constantly evolving threat landscape and provide them with peace of mind knowing that their systems and data are secure,” said Josh Ziel, Vice President, Global Sales at Graylog.

Graylog is a cybersecurity solution that uses AI/ML, security analytics, advanced log management and intelligent alerting to protect organizations against cyber threats. It is easy to use and affordable, unlike traditional SIEM solutions. It also offers centralized log management for IT Ops and DevOps teams to quickly detect and respond to issues, resulting in better performance and reliability for users.

BitLyft offers managed detection and response, SIEM and security operations center services through its BitLyft AIR platform. Its team of security professionals uses a combination of technology and expertise to protect organizations of all sizes from cyber threats.

The two are integrating Graylog's modern SIEM solution with BitLyft's expert MDR services to equip customers with a comprehensive solution that detects, prevents and responds to security threats in real time.

“We can now offer our customers the highest level of threat detection and response capabilities with the incorporation of Graylog's SIEM solution into our MDR service offering,” said Jason Miller, founder and CEO of BitLyft.

BitLyft's innovative automation solution (combined with Graylog's AI/ML, security analytics, advanced log management and intelligent alerting) provides SMOs with the peace of mind they need to stay ahead of the constantly evolving threat landscape.
