CyberPower Demonstrates Commitment to Partners with New Portal

By Greg Tavarez

The CyberPower Channel Partner Alliance, established in 2017, is a way for IT professionals to expand their business offerings and provide their customers with high-quality power protection and management solutions. The program is designed to help technology resellers, VARs, MSPs and other IT professionals to grow their business by offering CyberPower's products and services to their customers.

The program also offers a range of benefits for partners, including access to special pricing and promotions, product training and certification, marketing materials and support and technical support. Partners also have access to CyberPower's Partner Portal, a web-based platform that provides easy access to product information, sales tools and other resources.

In more recent news, CyberPower has once again demonstrated its commitment to its partners by providing them with the tools they need to be successful; this time, with the launch of a new exclusive portal.

With the new mobile-responsive portal, CyberPower's channel partners gain access to all the necessary tools and resources in one place, which can help them better sell and market CyberPower products to their clients and prospects. The new portal comes with an enhanced UI, which includes a redesigned navigation system, making it easier for partners to quickly access sales tools such as product selectors, price lists and partner-only promotions.

IT channel partners can also receive sales support, request training sessions and submit special pricing requests — all through the portal. Moreover, the platform features extensive resources, including the latest CyberPower sales offers and product launches, a partner social media kit and a single sign-on access to the CyberPower rewards program.

“The new portal has been redesigned from the ground up with improved navigation, new sales tools and functions that truly deliver a worldclass experience to our valued channel partners,” said Peter Miesen, Senior Director of Channel Sales at CyberPower.

With the new portal, CyberPower expects the Channel Partner Alliance program to continue to realize increased sales from an expanding roster of channel partners at a double-digit average annual growth rate.
