Billing reconciliation is often thought of as a time-and labor-intensive activity for MSPs, depending on the complexity and volume of their billing processes. The process typically involves reviewing invoices, contracts, service tickets and other documentation to ensure that the services provided match the billing records. Any discrepancies must be identified and resolved, which involves additional research and communication with clients.
MSPs want to consider investing in tools and processes that help them streamline the billing reconciliation process and reduce the amount of manual effort required.
Well, one new partnership is doing just that.
CloudRadial’s Client Services Automation platform now integrates with Gradient MSP’s Synthesize platform, a strategic partnership that improves billing reconciliation for CloudRadial MSP partners in over 20 countries.
CloudRadial’s CSA is designed to end the chaos of MSP client management through a centralized, white-labeled IT portal. The CSA platform helps MSPs manage clients at scale, build efficiency and grow MSP revenues. By looking at an MSP from the client’s perspective, the CSA communicates the value and expertise of the MSP within great customer experience.
Gradient's Synthesize Platform reduces the back-office noise that distracts MSPs from growing their business and strengthening customer relationships. With Synthesize, vendors can now accelerate time-to-market and expand market reach through a single integration with a unified API that delivers inherited integrations to an expanding list of popular PSAs.
The CloudRadial-Gradient MSP integration enables MSPs to ensure their Microsoft 365 license counts agree between Microsoft, CloudRadial and their PSA. For MSPs struggling to reconcile M365 licenses, this integration eliminates tedious reconciliation tasks so MSPs can focus on scaling their business instead.
“The integration announced today will result in significant time and money savings for CloudRadial partners, allowing them to redeploy resources to grow their businesses,” said Colin Knox, CEO and co-founder of Gradient MSP.
Jeff Farris, CEO of CloudRadial, agrees with Knox and said that the CSA platform combined with Gradient's Synthesize platform allows partners and their clients and vendors to “always have the same information to build trust, collaboration and ultimately more strategic relationships.”
CloudRadial partners need to create a free Synthesize account to enable the integration. However, to leverage the full power of the Synthesize Billing module, partners need to upgrade to Billing Pro for $149 per month. This grants access to unlimited standard and premium integrations from a growing library of top vendors in the IT channel.
