2023 MSP Expo Preview: New Products and Services Create Opportunity in MSP Market

By Greg Tavarez

Managed service providers are a staple in the technology world with companies needing assistance with maintaining their entire IT environment. It makes sense for organizations to turn to MSPs as they make life easier for them. MSPs provide the solutions and services that are needed to keep organizational IT infrastructure in order.

Managing user access to company systems, cybersecurity services, cloud-based IT infrastructure offerings at a fraction of the cost of what a traditional IT department team would cost are samples of what MSPs offer.

And the MSP space is showing no signs of slowing down. New products and services, such as voice services, as well as the continued surge of organizations adopting hybrid cloud solutions, it’s pretty obvious that MSPs are high in demand.

These new innovative products and services as well as where the market is headed will be discussed at 2023 MSP Expo, part of ITEXPO on Feb. 14-16, 2023, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. MSP Expo is an opportunity for the MSP/Channel community to meet and discuss opportunities, security and business growth. This is a chance to drive revenue, grow a network and evaluate highly sought after technologies.

As for the sessions taking place, review an MSP CPaaS success story and how leveraging a CPaaS platform enabled the MSP to reduce costs and increase revenues during the “Taking Your MSP Business to New Heights with CPaaS” session on Feb. 14. Attendees also have a chance to gain better knowledge on the different kinds of masks bad actors wear during the session, “The Many Faces of Cyber Threats,” on Feb. 15.

MSP Expo also hosts keynote presentations. Learn more about zero trust from ThreatLocker and CEO Danny Jenkins on Feb. 15 and learn about the global state of MSP from Kaseya (News - Alert) and Channel Chief Amelia Paro on Feb. 16. Also on Feb. 16, attendees have a chance to learn about the UCaaS landscape with Jim Debald, chief revenue officer of White Label Communications.

On the expo floor, exhibitors provide an opportunity for organizations to compare products and services and choose the product perfect for them.

The MSP Expo events provide the forum where technology decisions are made to produce better business outcomes for tech buyers, MSPs/resellers, service providers and solutions providers alike.
