Hughes Recognized in Magic Quadrant

By Greg Tavarez

Enterprises that fail to balance expense optimization with greater network agility and performance seek higher-quality managed network services that include near-real-time case management and consistently maintained data repository synchronization with enterprise IT service management tools.

Hughes offers a suite of end-to-end managed services, delivered in an agile, scalable and secure manner, to solve all business challenges. Hughes solutions transform business networks. The solutions make them higher performing, more secure, more reliable and more cost-efficient. They also help clients deliver a high level of customer and employee experience.

The HughesON suite of managed services, for example, includes broadband connectivity, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, VoIP, security, cloud-based digital signage and employee communication and training. Hughes brings together experience, technology innovation and access to hundreds of technology providers in one single partner to support any networking need from planning and deployment to operations and help desk support.

Because of that, Hughes is recognized, for the third consecutive year, as a challenger in the 2022 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Managed Network Services. According to the Gartner report, analysts evaluate vendors on the quality and efficacy of their processes, systems, methods and procedures. The criteria enable MNS providers’ performance to be competitive, efficient and effective while positively affecting revenue, retention and reputation in Gartner’s view of the market.

Hughes brings decades of networking expertise to its customers with more than half a million network sites under management for enterprises worldwide. Hughes solutions blend reliable network performance, dependable service delivery as well as AI and machine learning to help enterprises achieve business goals.

"All of us at Hughes appreciate the continued recognition as a challenger," said Dan Rasmussen, senior vice president, enterprise division, Hughes. "We believe it reflects our commitment to service excellence combined with our ability to execute on behalf of our customers in the U.S., Europe, India and Latin America."
