Branded UCaaS Services Change the Reseller Game

Branded UCaaS Services Change the Reseller Game

By Greg Tavarez

Unified communications adoption continues to grow as modern businesses embrace various communication channels and seek a communication platform that puts everything from telephony to unified messaging in one place.

This is definitely changing the channel game. Today, channel partners make the decision of going with a traditional reseller model –selling a third-party branded solution – or look more toward selling their own branded UCaaS solutions, usually through white label providers, like RingLogix and others.

Sure, the customer does not lose anything from a service or feature perspective by either choice, such as user presence, video conferencing, chat and mobile app operability through a single-pane-of-glass management platform. The truth is that most UCaaS solutions today are very similar in terms of features and capabilities.

However, taking the branded route allows the channel partner to gain and keep the trust of their customers as the customer sees the UCaaS solution offered with their trusted partner’s brand on it instead of a third-party’s. By building a deeper customer relationship through branded solutions, MSPs and other channel partners increase their MRR opportunities and increase their value to customers, driving retention rates.

But that only scratches the surface on what branded UCaaS solutions bring to channel partners.

Join channel experts Pat Mahon, chief revenue officer at RingLogix; and Hussain Alkalaf, sales director at RingLogix, as they discuss why the traditional agent model is outdated, the benefits of branded UCaaS solutions, the approach taken by RingLogix and see RingOS in action during the “Accelerate Your Growth with Branded UCaaS Services” webinar at 2 p.m. EST Dec. 7.

Attendees will learn how RingLogix is helping partners break out of the outdated reseller model that typically yields low commissions, poor visibility and little control over a customer’s experience.

They will also learn how channel partners offer a fully branded and engaging customer offering where the partner controls pricing, sends quotes, bills customers and gains visibility into support, while increasing satisfaction and earning profit margins under 70%.

RingLogix will also be at MSP Expo 2023, taking place in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Feb. 14-17, 2023. MSP Expo is part of the #TECHSUPERSHOW, which includes nearly a dozen collocated business technology events that bring buyers, users, sellers and partners together under one roof to educate, network, and build business relationships around the technologies driving business success today. RingLogix will be in Booth #640 in the exhibit hall.
